  • Sparkling Fruit Salad – In a bowl, throw together diced mangoes, raspberries, strawberries, kiwi, apples, and any other favorite high polyphenol fruit. Add a splash of sparkling grape juice and mix well for a fun and delicious dish. (Warning: this is delicious and won’t last long!)
  • Top Anti-Inflammatory Foods - Shrimp Fried RiceShrimp “Fried” Rice – Fried rice is a favorite for many, but is often filled with starchy white rice that leaves you hungry plus unhealthy fats and oils. This delicious recipe is filled with nutty fiber-filled brown rice, shrimp (a source of omega-3), and fresh vegetables packed with vegetables.   • Apple Crisp – Here’s a simple dessert featuring polyphenol rich apples.  Dice 2-3 Honeycrisp apples and place in baking pan. In separate dish, combine 3 tablespoons dry oats, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes – enjoy! (Makes 5 small servings) 
  • Anti-Inflammatory Foods for Family - Berry Delicious WafflesTeriyaki Salmon – Place 2 fresh salmon fillets in a zip-lock bag or airtight container with 5 tablespoons of low-sodium teriyaki sauce. Marinate for 20 minutes. Remove from bag (or container), and cook in a skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve with your favorites veggies for a quick and tasty dinner featuring one of the top omega-3 fish.
  • Berry Delicious Waffles – These are sweet enough to feel like a Sunday brunch dessert! Polyphenol-filled berries and mixed in with homemade whole grain waffle batter in this tasty recipe for a healthy and delicious breakfast the whole family will love. Hey – why not have breakfast for dinner?
