Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream

This decadent treat uses frozen bananas instead of other high fat options, so you won’t miss out on the creaminess that you love in ice cream!

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 TBSP cocoa powder (at least 60% cocoa, no sugar added)
  • 1 TBSP natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup almond, soy, or skim milk

Directions:

  1. Cut banana into think slices, and freeze for several hours. (Hint: every so often, shake the container to prevent the bananas from freezing together.)
  2. Add all ingredients to food processor or blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Makes one serving. Feel free to double and share with friends!
