The Gene Smart Omega 3 supplement contains 1,200 milligrams of two specific Omega 3s, EPA and DHA, per two soft gel serving and is designed to positively impact your Omega 3 Index with just a couple of soft gels a day. Depending on your personal Omega 3 Index score, you may take more or less than the program's standard recommendation of 2 soft gels per day. Increasing your Omega 3s is also a way to help balance your Omega 6 to Omega 3 Ratio.
