Anti Inflammation Supplements: The EPA GLA Combo

Role in the Gene Smart Program

The EPA GLA supplements for inflammation play a key role in the Gene Smart diet principles. In the Add Omegas diet principle, the program recommends consumption of 400 milligrams of GLA each day from Borage Oil supplements, which can be acheived by taking two Gene Smart Borage Oil GLA capsules per day. Additionally, the program recommends at least 1,250 - 1,500 milligrams of combined EPA and DHA Omega 3s, which can be achieved by eating oily fish and taking two Gene Smart Omega 3 capsules per day.
