Living Abundantly Program

Offered as a 7-week program and soon as a weekend retreat, the Gene Smart Living Abundantly Program is a one-of-a-kind experience designed to promote whole health – body, mind, spirit and community.  The program uniquely integrates the proven Gene Smart diet and exercise principles together with time-honored spiritual practices, all in the context of a supportive environment that empowers individuals to incorporate healthy behaviors into their lives for the long-term. 

Our Living Abundantly Program is available to community-based organizations.  These partners include wellness centers, retirement communities, fitness centers, social organizations, progressive employers, foundations and other community-based organizations whose members have shared-values or interests.  In some cases, our partners have their own coaches, which we can train and certify as Certified Gene Smart Whole Health Coaches to lead these programs, and in other cases we  provide the coaches.  To maintain the program’s integrity and high scientific standards, the Living Abundantly Program must be offered as stand-alone program and cannot be combined with other services or products.
