Returns Policy
We want you to be very happy with your purchase from Gene Smart. You may return new, unopened & unused items sold by genesmart.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item).
All returned items must be in good condition and not opened or used.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of mailing your return package to us, which includes time for shipping, our processing, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. All returns will be credited to the credit card used for purchase unless stated otherwise. Please note that the shipping charge for your order will not be refunded for returns, unless the return is a result of our error.

Delivery Policy
Unfortunately at this time, we cannot ship or bill orders outside of the United States, or accept credit cards issued from a bank outside of the United States. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, which generally arrives within 2-4 business days. For all in stock items, we ship same day for orders received before 2pm eastern time and next day for orders received after 2pm. If any item is back ordered, we will let you know within 24 hours of order placement.
For Priority Mail, shipping charges for all continental US orders are $6.95 per package, regardless of number of items shipped. We offer a SUPER SAVER rate of $3.95 per shipment, which usually arrives in 3-10 days. We also offer 1-day shipping and 2-day shipping options through UPS for an additional cost. Specific costs for 1-day and 2-day shipping options vary by weight, and are calculated during the checkout process. If your order is urgent we advise you to call our toll free number (1-877-735-2974) and request it shipped the same day if possible. You must call before 2pm EST. We cannot guarantee we will be able to meet your rush request but you will be advised by one of our customer service reps.
